Start From Existing Models
Use our current bottle families when the basic shape and function already fit your market. We can then focus the project on model selection, compatible lids, color coordination, branding and packaging.
CUSTOM WATER BOTTLE OEM / ODM
Choose an existing bottle for a faster private-label project or develop a new product around your own concept. We coordinate the bottle body, lid, material, color, logo, surface finish, packaging, sampling and production plan so the finished product feels like one complete brand system.

MORE THAN A LOGO PRINT
Customization works best when product selection and branding are planned together. A lid that looks attractive still has to suit the intended drinking experience; a color system has to work across the bottle body and components; a print method has to fit the artwork and surface; and packaging has to match the way the product will be sold and shipped.
Use our current bottle families when the basic shape and function already fit your market. We can then focus the project on model selection, compatible lids, color coordination, branding and packaging.
Turn a standard bottle into a differentiated retail product through coordinated Pantone colors, logo placement, graphic decoration, accessory choices and private-label packaging.
When an existing model cannot meet the required capacity, structure or user experience, we can review a new OEM / ODM option including drawings, prototypes and tooling where the project requires it.
BOTTLE BODY & PRODUCT STYLE
The bottle body defines the product silhouette, capacity range, grip, opening, drinking style and overall market positioning. The quickest option is to start with a proven existing model and then build your visual identity around it. If you need a specific profile or structure that is not available, we can evaluate a new development plan.
Product familiesTritan bottles, sports bottles, straw bottles, shaker bottles, cycling bottles, squeeze bottles and large-capacity designs can be evaluated according to your target use.
Capacity & proportionsCapacity should be considered together with portability, hand feel, cup-holder fit, refill frequency, shelf presentation and the intended customer group.
Existing mold or new structureFor faster launches, use an existing model. For a truly different body shape, opening, handle or component layout, send a sketch, reference image or requirement list for development review.
LID & DRINKING SYSTEM
A lid changes how the bottle opens, drinks, carries and fits the way customers use it. Instead of choosing a lid only by appearance, we match compatible lid structures to the selected bottle model and target market. Compatibility is confirmed by bottle neck, thread, sealing structure and project requirements.
Useful when buyers want quick opening, a protected drinking area and a more technical sports look.
Designed around convenient drinking during fitness, commuting, outdoor use or daily carry.
Suitable when portability matters and the bottle may be clipped, carried or handled frequently.
Simple structures can be preferable for cleaning, large openings, powder filling or straightforward daily use.
Compatibility comes first. Not every lid can be fitted to every bottle. We confirm compatible combinations before quoting color, branding and packaging options.
MATERIAL SELECTION
Material is not selected in isolation. Transparency, flexibility, impact performance, processing method, target market, cost and the selected bottle structure all influence the final recommendation. Availability should be confirmed by model and project.
A strong option when the project calls for a clear, premium-looking reusable bottle. It is commonly selected for sports, lifestyle and everyday hydration products where transparency and visual quality are important.
Polypropylene is widely used for lids, shaker components and selected bottle bodies. It is practical for projects that need molded parts, functional components and a broad range of color possibilities.
Polyethylene is often considered for softer or squeezable bottle applications, including selected sports and cycling formats where flexibility can be an important part of the drinking experience.
For projects with recycled-content requirements, we can review compatible material choices according to the selected product, appearance target, compliance requirements and supply availability.

PANTONE COLOR & SURFACE APPEARANCE
Color is one of the fastest ways to make an existing bottle feel proprietary. We can review body color, lid color and compatible accessory colors as one system rather than treating each component separately. A Pantone reference, physical color sample or brand guideline can be used as the starting point.
Strong brand blocks for opaque or semi-opaque components.
Use resin color and transparency to keep the bottle visually light and product-focused.
Create a more diffused, understated look where the selected material and process allow it.
For more visual impact, evaluate compatible decorative methods based on the bottle surface and order requirements.
Exact color matching can vary by resin, transparency, wall thickness and process. Final color should be confirmed through the agreed sample before mass production.
LOGO, GRAPHICS & DECORATION
A one-color logo, a large full-color graphic and a wraparound retail design do not need the same production method. We review the artwork, printable area, bottle geometry, surface, color count and quantity before recommending a practical decoration method.

Well suited to many clean logos, names and simple brand marks. Print area and color count are evaluated against the bottle shape and production quantity.
Useful for projects that need richer graphics or more visual detail, subject to the selected bottle material, surface and available printing method.
Can be considered for larger decorative areas or detailed graphics where the bottle geometry and material are suitable for the process.
For selected projects, additional decorative effects can be reviewed according to design intent, surface compatibility, quantity and production feasibility.
Vector logo files are preferred when available. You can also send a high-resolution image, brand guideline, Pantone reference, desired print position and a reference product showing the effect you want.
PACKAGING & MARKET READINESS
Packaging is part of the buyer experience and also affects shipping, labeling and retail preparation. We can discuss simple export packing or a more branded presentation depending on your sales channel, quantity and packaging artwork.
Practical protection for wholesale orders and customers who complete final retail packing locally.
White, kraft or printed cartons can be evaluated according to bottle size, presentation and order requirements.
Prepare product identification, SKU labels, barcode positions or customer-supplied label requirements.
For brand launches and retail orders, coordinate packaging colors, graphics and inserts with the bottle design.
Packaging MOQ, print method and structure depend on the selected packaging solution. We confirm these details together with the bottle quotation.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT DEVELOPMENT OPTION
Many projects do not need a new mold. We first determine whether an existing model can satisfy the structure and intended use. This keeps development proportional to the actual product requirement.
Best when the bottle structure already works for your market and the main goal is to create a differentiated branded version.
For projects that require a different body shape, lid concept, capacity, component structure or proprietary appearance that cannot be achieved with an existing model.
FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY
The exact workflow changes with the complexity of the project. Existing-model orders can move quickly into artwork and samples; new structures require additional design and tooling stages. The goal is to confirm key decisions before bulk production.
Tell us the target bottle type, market, quantity, branding idea and any reference product you already have.
We compare the request with available models, compatible lids, materials and realistic customization options.
Confirm body and lid colors, logo placement, decoration method, packaging direction and development drawings if required.
Use the appropriate sample to review appearance, color, print, fit and packaging before bulk production.
New mold or tooling work is added only for projects that require a new structural component or proprietary bottle form.
Molding, printing, assembly and packing follow the approved project specifications with order-stage quality checks.
Finished goods are packed according to the approved plan and prepared for the agreed shipment arrangement.
BUILT FOR B2B BUYERS
We organize the product around how it will actually be sold. That can mean stronger visual differentiation for e-commerce, repeatable SKU systems for wholesale, retail-ready packaging for stores or more complete product development for established brands.
Focus on differentiated colors, clear logo placement, practical packaging and a product range that can expand into multiple SKUs without losing visual consistency.
